Efficient Synthesis and Characterization Of 4-Thiazolidinone derivatives by 3-Formylindole and 2-Naphthylamine

A series of 4-Thiazolidinone derivatives were synthesized by reaction of 3-formyl-2-arylindole derivatives, 2aminonaphthaline and mercaptoacetic acid. The structures of the new compounds were assigned on the basis of their analytical and spectral data.
